Investigation Date: January 27, 2007

Present: Dave, Ann, Janelle, Jason, Caren, Michelle, and Julia
History: The residence was said to have been built around WWII, using wood from the original
“Lincoln Inn”. The original Inn was lost to fire.
Reason for Investigation: API was called in to investigate the family’s claims of some incidents
occurring at the residence including a four foot arc of blue light shooting out of the light above the
dinning area. Things have been misplaced and reappear throughout the home. The resident has also
described a large male presence and shadow that scares them, as well as some audible sounds.
The Investigation: The team members arrived at the home around 8 p.m. Everyone brought in
equipment and started to set up for the investigation. Jason and Caren who were acting as
sensitives did not arrive at the residence until later in the evening. The team began by taking
temperature and EMF readings throughout the home, while Ann took photos during the
investigation. The family was very curious during the investigation and asked questions about the
investigation procedures. The team explored the entire house, taking readings and attempting to
collaborate or debunk the family’s claims of activity. Video cameras were set up in the home based on
the team’s impressions as to the “hot spots” they noted during the investigation. Once the sensitives
arrived, they completed their own walkthrough of the home, noting their impressions. After the
sensitives completed their walkthrough, the team gathered and discussed their initial impressions
together about the residence and the activity noticed. Ann and Jason conducted their dowsing and
EVP sessions in order to gather more specific information about the suspected activity. Once we
concluded the EVP and dowsing sessions, the team packed up the equipment and left the residence
around 12:00 a.m.
Findings: Janelle noticed that there were temperature fluctuations in the family room and kitchen, as
high as 88 degrees, while the baseline reading was around 64 degrees. She also noted activity
around the coffee table. Photography taken at the same time showed a possible blue orb where the
cold spot and EMF spike was present. As the readings moved, so did the orb in the photo. The
rest of the rooms were noted to be without fluctuations. EMF readings did not produce any
significant findings. The two highest EMF fluctuations were a 1.2 in the center of the attic and a 1.3
in the bathroom. The rest of the readings averaged around .3. During the investigation, the
sensitives identified several spirits believed to be in the home. Caren identified with a younger spirit
that stays in the attic that is hiding from a larger, more sinister spirit. Jason identified several spirits in
the home: 1) a little girl who runs through the home; 2) an older woman with breathing difficulties; 3) a
dog of some sort; and 4) an older man who is a little secretive and not very friendly.
