The EVP obtained here are very subtle and extremely difficult to hear.  Basically, sound is heard that cannot be accounted for.  

On the roof at midnight, Dave asks;
"Who else is here?"

In the main dining room, Ruth asks; "Did you die in the Explosions?"  No is stated to indicate the dowsing rods answer.
