Reason for Investigation: Em remembers the last evening with her husband like
yesterday. Nothing seemed out of place, except for the family dog seeming clingy.
The next day her husband left the house and never came home again; several days
later she received the dreadful news. In the following days, she would be sitting near
the front door and see her husband walking up the front steps, but never enter.
She even got up to see who was there, finding nobody. She passed this off as
normal grieving. As time went on certain items special to her husband began showing
up in different locations. A coffee thermos from the garage was found in the
kitchen. She started sleeping poorly. Now six years have passed since the suicide
of her husband and she was woken, wide awake, in the middle of the night. She can’
t see well without her glasses, but a dark shadowy figure was standing at the side of
her bed. Thinking somebody was in her home, she leaned towards it and swatted at
him. Her arm went right through it. The man moved closer to her and then
disappeared over the headboard.
Summary: The team arrived at 8:30pm and began setting up equipment. The
team sensitives were given no information from the preliminary interview. The prelim
photographs showed one possible orb in front of the television set. The
investigation pictures showed an orb below the television set, next to the cat post.
Readings on EMF and temperature throughout the home were normal except in
Em’s bedroom. This area was closed off with Janelle, Jenni, and a sensitive. The
readings were centered at the closet, corner of the bed, and dresser. These are all
in the same corner of the bedroom. When the team opened Em’s closet door, the
EMF spiked to over 4.0 and the temperature dropped. With the door closed the
EMF was elevated at 1.8, with a room base of 0.2. Several photographs were
taken during the readings. There was an orb moving on Jenni’s head. Pictures were
taken of Jenni acquiring EMF readings at the corner of Em’s bed. During a
normal reading the picture was perfectly in focus. During a spike of 4.0 half of the
picture toward the head end of the bed was blurry. Our sensitives picked up a
Hispanic male presence. EVP sessions were conducted in English and Spanish
with the film crew present. The first session in English detected a metal clanging
sound on the audio from Charlotte. The lights in the room were unchanged.
During the second session, the lights dramatically flicked off and on in response to
questions. On the tape a voice is clearly heard answering Ann in English without
editing any of the recordings. There are several spoken responses recorded and
elevated EMF spikes that occurred. The room temperature dropped 6 degrees
and various team members reported tingling or headaches. Sabrina and Ann went
in to the room after this to clear the room of any unwanted presence.
Em sat in the living room and was kind enough to tell her story for the film cameras.
We all thank her for her courage. Sabrina sat and spoke to her. Sabrina was filled
with sadness and asked about her husband. Both ladies cried. Em’s husband
wanted to say the goodbye he had not the night before he took his life. Em too,
had her chance to say, “Goodbye”. During the beginning of this private time, the
new camera batteries emptied immediately.

Research Highlights: The corresponding cold spots, EMF spikes,
photographic orbs and blurred spots at the same time are indicative of something
paranormal. EVP also recorded voices of a male and possibly a female. What is
said is open to interpretation. Members of the group at different times in the
evening had sensations of tingles, headaches, and vertigo. Nothing at the residence
demonstrated anything threatening at any time.
