History: This home was built in 1905. There were several owners of the home throughout the years.
Originally, all of the homes in this neighborhood are thought to have been railroad home housing.
The family purchased the home in 2005.
Reason for Investigation: The homeowner requested an investigation based on some occurrences that
they have experienced, including hearing voices, seeing shadow people and animals, a large lamp weighing 50 lbs.

The Investigation: The team arrived around 7 p.m. to begin the investigation. Michelle, who was acting
as sensitive, arrived later in the evening. We began by conducting the scientific portion of the investigation.
Julia took temperature readings while Amy focused on the EMF readings. Ann took photos throughout
the home. The team spent time both inside and outside of the home attempting to gather as much information
as they could. After a short break to discuss our findings, Michelle arrived at the home at 9 p.m. to complete
her walk-through of the home. During this investigation, Dave set up the DVR and successfully recorded the
“hot spots” identified during the investigation. Ann completed the EVP/dowsing sessions in order to obtain
further evidence during the evening. After that, we packed up and left the residence.
Summations: Julia completed temperature readings throughout the home. The average temperature of
the home was 78 degrees. Julia noted around 8:17 p.m. that the temperature meter changed from F to C
without her changing it. Ann noticed it and took it across the street to reset it after attempts to change it
back inside the home were unsuccessful. She also noted that the battery light came on by itself while she was
using it in the bathroom. Amy took EMF readings throughout the home as well as outside. She averaged
readings of .9 milli gauss. The lowest reading was in the back bathroom of .2, while the high was in the master
bathroom at 2.5 milli gauss. Outside around the car, she obtained readings of .3, .5, and .8 respectively. Amy
noted further that EMF readings were consistent throughout the night. No fluctuations or changes were
noted after base readings were obtained. Michelle who acted as sensitive during the investigation indicated
that she sensed animals there on the property, including horses and sheep. She also identified a man in the
backyard from the 1910s, wearing grey overalls. She also identified a woman in Victorian garb, brown hair, in
her late 20s, early 30s who is associated with another home in the neighborhood.
