Hello, I just recently got back from vacation to Gettysburg, PA. While I was there I took
a ton of pictures. I have a Kodak Easyshare Digital Camera, this is the camera that I
used for all of my photographs. I found 2 of the pictures that I took to be quite
interesting and I really wanted someones advice. I am not sure if you are the right person
to ask or not, but i figured I would give it a shot. The first picture that I have listed below
was taken at late dusk. It was taken in the Evergreen Cemetery which is located directly
next to the National Military Cemetery. I have an interest in paranormal which is why I
decided to take the picture in the first place. When I positioned my camera I did not see
any light around especially in the direction that the camera was facing. Nor were there any
people in that direction. What do you see in this photograph? Is this an orb? I did not see
any light while I was taking the picture, I only noticed it right away on my display screen of
the camera. The second picture that I have listed was taken during the day. It was taken
on the grounds of the battlefield. I noticed this foggy spot on the photograph when I was
looking back through the pictures that I had taken. I was not behind glass nor did I have
my flash on, so it is not a reflection from my camera. Do you this this is an orb or
something else along that line? I didn't know if you would be able to capture orbs or
paranormal activity on film during the day time. I would greatly appreciate your comments.
Thank you.
Our response:
Hello,
Thank you for taking time to send us your photos for review.  The photo at dusk is very
interesting.  Any outside photo is easy to debunk, but the intensity of the orb is great.
The second one during the day I can see is not sun artifact, but some will say it is.

So, rule number one; any photograph taken outside is first called, dust, pollen, moisture,
or bugs.  I know, ...but,but.  Because of basic physics of a lens something non-paranormal
can easily seem paranormal.

What we look for (which is what you present) the intensity of the orb.  Also, the color
and if it's in motion what way is it moving and does it change directions.

So, hopefully I haven't confused you too much.

There are some great paranormal groups in that area that would love to have an
enthusiastic member.  Check them out
