Reason for Investigation: API was called out to investigate this residence due to the family’s
concerns about appliances going on and off, family members being touched, shadows seen
throughout the home, cold spots, and figures. The family was concerned about their daughter’s
safety. They have had the home blessed on several occasions without success.
The Investigation: The team arrived at the residence at 6 p.m. The family had prepared dinner for
the team so we graciously accepted. This provided the family an opportunity to get to know the
team. We also discussed how the evening would progress. At 7 p.m. we completed our walkthrough
of the home. We tried to get a feel for the residence, noting any feelings or emotions. At 7:30 p.m.
we conducted the scientific portion of the investigation. Julia took temperature and EMF readings
throughout the home, while Ann and Michelle took photos of the investigation, which did not reveal
much. Once the scientific portion of the investigation was completed, we took a break and discussed
our initial findings with the family. We discussed where to set up the video cameras to record. After
the break, we began the EVP and dowsing sessions at 9 p.m. The team and family identified several
locations in the home to conduct the sessions. Several sessions were conducted in an attempt to
gather more information about the incidents experienced. We wrapped up the investigation around
10:30 p.m., packed up and left the residence.
Findings: Temperature readings throughout the home were consistent at an average of 73
degrees. Julia noted that the thermostat in the home listed the temperature at 72 degrees. She did
note that at one point in the bathroom, the temperature was as high as 78 degrees. This
corresponded to an EMF spike on the Tri Field meter where the needle buried on the meter. We
could not identify why these events occurred together. Ann picked up on a female presence in the
home believed to be the aunt of the female homeowner. Ann picked up that the female presence was
trying to make contact with her niece who the niece had never met. The aunt had died before she met
the niece. The homeowner contacted her mother about this and her mother confirmed that she had a
sister that died years ago. There was another entity that the team identified which is dark and more
troubling. The team will return to the home to provide more assistance to the family.
