Investigation Location: Antelope, CA
Participants: Dave and Michael
The API team arrived to the Antelope house at 8:10pm. API members conducted a survey and assessment of
the house, while Dave, and Michael began setting up the house. Michael was taking photos of the team as they
were preparing to set up the equipment.
After the API members completed their survey and assessment, the team reconvened to discuss what their roles
were to be for the investigation. Following Dave’s directives, Michael would sit in the room with Bobby while the
team videotaped the room, focusing on Bobby’s bed. A second camera would be positioned in the hallway facing
the door to the garage. Aaron, Rhonda, and Jeff, set up the equipment, while Dave, Michael, and Bobby
obtained needed equipment to complete the investigation.
Once everything was set up, Dave asked Michael to conduct an EVP experiment while in the room, approximately
15 minutes after the videotaping started. Michael positioned himself in a chair next to the camera, and Bobby
went to lie down in her bed. Videotaping started at 9:10pm.
Michael reported the following observations during his time in the room with Bobby:
Bobby shared with Michael at 9:19pm that she felt someone on top of her, and that something was tapping her
belt buckle. Bobby began to cry, when members from API entered the room to support Bobby. An API
member worked with Bobby regarding Bobby’s reports. Michael began audio recording at 9:23pm, for
purposes of EVP observation. Michael asked several questions during this time.
At 9:28pm, members from API left the room after Bobby reported feeling better. Michael and Bobby stayed in
the room to continue videotaping.
At 9:31pm, Bobby reported that she was feeling uncomfortable. Dave asked Bobby if she wanted to leave the
room to take a break, which Bobby responded yes. Dave came into the room, and escorted Bobby out. Michael
remained in the room to continue the visual and EVP observations.
At 9:32pm, Michael noticed within one minute after Bobby and Dave left the room that he heard a shriek coming
from the head of the bed where Bobby was lying. Michael noted it to the video team watching the monitors.
At 9:34pm, Michael noticed loud knocking coming from the wall next to the garage. The knocking lasted
approximately 10 seconds. Michael asked to investigate the knocking. Michael noticed the knocking again
approximately five minutes later. He reported to hearing the knocking, but did not find a source for it. The cats
who also resided in the home were with the team throughout the videotaping.
At 9:38pm, Michael observed movement coming from several areas of the room. Michael noted that it was difficult
to see anything specific that was moving, but added that things were moving around. Michael described them as
“small silhouettes making random movements. Michael noted this to Dave.
At 9:46pm, Dave came back into the room, and lied down on the bed. Michael and Dave noted that the room had
a different feel at this point. Michael did not observe any further unusual movements. Dave reported no specific
events occurring.
At 9:51pm, Bobby entered the room with Michael and Dave. Bobby was asked about her observations of the
room. Bobby noted that the room felt more relaxed at this point. Dave, Bobby, and Michael, stayed in the room
until 10:05pm.
At 10:05pm, Dave decided to complete the observation of the room. At this point, it was determined that the
team had gathered enough information, and completed the investigation.
At 10:35pm, the team left the home.
